Rodney Kono

Rodney Kono, PMP, CMIT, possesses a robust background in civil engineering with a focus on transportation and project management. Early experience included roles as a Transportation Engineer Technician II at Maryland State Highway Administration and Transportation Engineer Intern, followed by positions at Constellation Design Group, where responsibilities involved applying engineering principles and conducting quality assurance. Rodney advanced to Transportation Engineer II and Construction Manager at Development Facilitators, Inc. Currently, Rodney serves as the Director of Expansion at PHP Agency, Inc. and as a General Engineer at the National Institutes of Health. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Project Management from the University of Maryland College Park and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Morgan State University.
