Shanese Risper

Shanese Risper retired from the United States Marine Corps in May 2015 after serving as an Administrative Chief. They then transitioned to coaching, speaking, and training as a member of the John Maxwell Team, where they teach leadership skills and public speaking. In addition to their role with the John Maxwell Team, Shanese coordinates environmental training programs for Zwick Environmental Consultants, manages financial strategies at PHP Agency, Inc., and owns Kingdom Glory Publishing, a business dedicated to helping others self-publish their manuscripts. They earned a Master’s degree in International Business from the University of Southern California and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from DeVry University.
