Derick Rethans

Derick Rethans has a vast experience in software engineering, particularly in working on improving the PHP language. Currently, Derick Rethans is a Software Engineer at PHP Foundation, where they utilize their extensive knowledge of PHP's internals to develop custom solutions and extensions. In addition to their work at PHP Foundation, Derick Rethans is also actively involved in the Brent Liberal Democrats, serving as the Secretary and a Member of the Executive Committee. They also have experience in maintaining the PHP driver for MongoDB during their time at MongoDB, Inc. and 10gen. With a BSc in Information Technology from HAN University of Applied Sciences, Derick Rethans continues to make significant contributions to the PHP community.
