Beth Bauer

Beth Bauer is the Founder and CEO of PosiROI, LLC, established in December 2021, with a mission to enhance health and wealth equity through innovative data-driven strategies. Currently serving as a Partner at phraktion and a Senior Advisor in Data Science at Proof Analytics, Beth has extensive experience in data strategy and analytics, previously holding key positions at Merck and IQVIA. Notably, Beth spearheaded the first US Commercial Data Strategy at Merck and developed foundational customer data insights during a tenure that began in 2000. With a strong academic background including a BS from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master of Science from Rutgers University, Beth's expertise encompasses advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and health data trends.
