Jonathan Cogan

Jonathan Cogan is the founder and lead strategist of Sephrina Strategy (2023–Present) and a founding partner at phraktion (2024–Present). They have a 20-year track record helping to launch and grow businesses, brands and campaigns in Canada, the U.S. and globally, with a focus on brand development, go-to-market strategy and multichannel activation. They previously led the consumer health-focused practice at GSW Advertising (2012–2016) as Group Account Director and Vice President, Business Lead, Consumer Health, and led the Toronto office and accounts at Tank Worldwide (2019–2022) as Vice President, Managing Director and Senior Vice President, Managing Director. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing & Strategic Management from Schulich School of Business, York University (1999–2003).
