Simon Grime is a seasoned business strategy consultant with extensive expertise in tech-driven marketing services within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, and medtech sectors. Currently serving as a Business Strategy Consultant at phraktion since July 2023, Simon specializes in data-driven customer experience and omni-channel communication strategies. Previous roles include Managing Director at IMA-HOME Health, where Simon led the development of a specialist Rx pharma healthcare division, and Executive Director at Wilmington Healthcare, where Simon oversaw the growth and diversification of a fast-growing business unit. With prior leadership positions at Fendix Media Ltd, Doctors.net.uk, and various roles within Mmd, Simon has a proven track record in scaling businesses, developing new revenue streams, and enhancing customer engagement strategies.
