Autumn Simpson is currently Counsel for Corporate & Securities at Phreesia. They previously held the role of Associate in M&A and Capital Markets at Vinson & Elkins, where they advised public and private companies on corporate governance, SEC filings, and transactional matters. Autumn served as Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Harvard Business Law Review while earning their Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, where they graduated in 2021. Before that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree, graduating summa cum laude from Texas Christian University in 2017.
