David Higgins is a highly experienced IT professional with a diverse background in information technology. Currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Engineer at Phreesia since April 2022, David has also been an Information Technology Professor at ECPI University since November 2017 and the Director of Information Technology at DCNS, LLC since December 2013.
