Joe Williams is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in financial reporting and compliance. Currently serving as the Director of Financial Reporting at Phreesia since July 2020, Joe manages SEC filings and oversees accounting for stock-based compensation. Previously, Joe held key roles at Epicor Software and Wilsonart International, focusing on the preparation of financial statements, compliance with GAAP, and technical accounting issues. Joe’s earlier career included positions at ArthroCare Corporation and Ernst & Young, where responsibilities encompassed SEC reporting and audit supervision for both domestic and international companies. Joe holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Pace University, emphasizing CPA preparation, as well as an MBA in Financial Management from the same institution.
