Julie Kim has extensive experience in client services and academic research. Currently a Client Services Consultant at Phreesia since August 2021, Julie has progressed through various roles within the company, demonstrating strong expertise in client support. Prior experience includes serving as a Student Researcher under Dr. Natalia Toporikova at Washington and Lee University from January 2018 to May 2021, contributing to academic research, and working as an IQ Center Technician, where guidance was provided on virtual reality technology and 3D printing. Julie also participated as a Laney Graduate School Student Researcher at Emory University during a full-time remote role in June 2020, focusing on development and research ethics. In July 2019, Julie co-founded the YETI Summer Program, promoting innovation and entrepreneurship among students.
