Laura Powell has extensive experience in client success and leadership roles, currently serving as Team Lead for Client Success at Phreesia since September 2020, after progressing through various positions including Senior Client Success Manager and Client Success Associate. In addition to the role at Phreesia, Laura has been a Fitness Instructor at SPINCO since June 2022. Previous professional experience includes a Supervisor position at Moxie's Grill & Bar and an Assistant General Manager role at Ottawa Venues. Laura began career work as a Research Assistant at Kingston Health Sciences Centre in 2012. Laura holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology from the University of Ottawa, obtained in 2015.
