Mandy Williams

Mandy Williams is an experienced Learning and Development Manager at Phreesia since December 2022, where efforts include redesigning onboarding processes to enhance relevance and engagement, thereby improving new hire retention. Prior to this role, Mandy spent nearly two decades at T-Mobile, advancing into senior leadership positions focused on learning and development, program management, and global talent strategy, which included the launch of initiatives across five countries and collaboration with external vendors. Mandy holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Boise State University.
