Mario Pizzuto has extensive experience in technical support and education, currently serving as Team Lead in Support at Phreesia since October 2019, with previous roles as a Resolution Specialist, Senior Technical Associate, and Technical Associate. Prior to Phreesia, Mario worked at Apple as a Technical Expert from August 2016 to October 2019. Mario also has a background in education, having taught English and Drama to grades 8-12 at Corby Business Academy from September 2015 to July 2016, and served as a Summer Orientation Leader at Carleton University in 2013. Mario holds a Bachelor of Education in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Linguistics & Discourse Studies from Carleton University.
