Sara leads the Customer Services and Customer Success teams for health systems at Phreesia. In this role, Sara is responsible for pre-sales activities, implementation, workflow optimization and ongoing account management. Sara works closely with teams inside Phreesia to solve the unique challenges health systems are facing by providing tailored solutions to fit their needs and enhance the patient experience.
Prior to joining Phreesia, she spent six years at Cerner Corporation leading a UX team supporting patient applications as well as supporting existing clients in ongoing upgrades and physician workflow optimization. She earned a BS in business administration and an MBA from the University of Missouri.
