Scott Johansen

Scott Johansen currently serves as the Director of Payment Operations at Phreesia, having joined in December 2023. Prior to this role, Scott held the position of Director of Payment Services at Credit.com from April 2021 to December 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing all payments and billing functions. Scott's experience also includes serving as Vice President of Foreign Exchange Operations at Goldman Sachs, where management of a team focused on FX trades took place, and as Data Analytics Relationship Manager at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where Scott optimized payment solutions for top e-commerce clients. Earlier roles included Operations Manager at NEXTEP Processing, where Scott enhanced account and customer service processes, and Risk Analyst at ProPay, where Scott significantly reduced losses and fraud. Scott holds an MBA from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Utah Valley University.
