Brian Picone

Brian Picone is currently the Senior Director of International Advocacy at PhRMA, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, Brian served as a Senior Trade Analyst at White & Case LLP from 2014 to 2022 and as the Manager of Government Affairs and Member Relations at The National Association of Foreign-Trade Zones from 2012 to 2014. They also held a Summer Fellow position in the International Trade Department at The Cato Institute in 2011. Brian earned a Master of Public Policy from Brown University between 2010 and 2012 and completed a dual Bachelor's degree in International Business and Management at Suffolk University from 2005 to 2010.
