John W. Sullivan is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in policy advocacy, general counsel leadership, and complex contract negotiation. They served as an attorney at Graham, Campaign & McCarthy and later held various senior roles at Texas Instruments, where they directed legal operations across the Asia-Pacific region and Japan.
