Lin Shi currently serves as the Director of International Advocacy at PhRMA, a position held since February 2024. Previously, Lin was the Government Affairs Coordinator at the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China from June 2021 to February 2024, leading Pharmaceutical, Intellectual Property Rights, and Compliance and Business Ethics Working Groups and receiving the Secretary General Award in 2023. Earlier experience includes a role as Programme Assistant at UNDP within the Trade and Investment Division from October 2016 to June 2017, and an internship as a journalist at 澎湃新闻 The Paper in September 2014. Lin Shi holds an MPhil in Development Studies from the University of Oxford (2017-2020) and a BA (Hons) in Human, Social, and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge (2013-2016).
