PHS Community Services Society are North American leaders in low-barrier housing and harm reduction, operating more than 1,600 units of supportive housing, along with services for under-served communities. Our programming includes a medical clinic, affordable dentistry and a credit union branch.

We operate safe consumption sites for people who use drugs and detox facilities because harm reduction and recovery are not opposed.
