Joe Logan is an experienced operations and project manager with a solid background in the construction and facilities management sectors. Currently serving as Operations Manager at PHS Solutions since July 2025, Joe previously held the same role at Equans UK & Ireland from February 2022 to July 2025. Joe's career also includes a position as Project Manager at ENGIE from August 2015 to July 2025 and as Senior Site Manager and Site Manager at The GB Group between September 2009 and March 2015. Joe holds a BSc Hons in Building Project Management from Northumbria University, obtained from 2005 to 2009.
