Mark Kearney

Mark Kearney is a Managing Director with extensive experience in the construction and regeneration sectors. They served as Commercial Director at Wates Group from 2022 to 2025 and currently hold the position of Director at PHS Solutions. Previously, Kearney was the Business Improvement Director at ENGIE UK & Ireland from 2016 to 2020 and spent nearly two decades as Operations Director at Keepmoat Regeneration. Kearney holds an MBA in International Business Management from The Nottingham Trent University and a 1st Class Honours degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle, along with MRICS accreditation from the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
