Barbara Kobusingye

Barbara Kobusingye is a pharmacovigilance professional and licensed clinical pharmacist with over seven years of experience in drug safety and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as Deputy LQPPV at PHV LATAM, they oversee pharmacovigilance activities across multiple countries. They have held key roles such as Hospital Pharmacist and Head of Pharmacy & Diagnostics at CoRSU Children's Hospital, where they implemented safety initiatives and coordinated operational efficiency. Barbara co-founded SaefQ Consults and led the establishment of pharmacovigilance systems in East Africa, ensuring compliance with Good Pharmacovigilance Practices. Additionally, they are pursuing a Clinical Research Professional Certification at CRA School of Montreal.
