Simon Blank

Simon Blank has extensive experience in the food industry, currently holding the position at PHW Group since January 2022. Prior to this, Simon served as Operations Director for OSI Europe from March 2017 to December 2021, and as Business Development Manager at LUTZ Fleischwaren GmbH between September 2014 and February 2017. Simon's leadership experience also includes roles as Geschäftsführer and Produktionsleiter at Otto Nocker GmbH from October 2003 to February 2017. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Steinbeis Hochschule (2004-2007), a Project Management certification from gpm-ipma (2017), a TQM Coach & Excellence Assessor certificate from TÜV Süd Akademie (2014), and a Metzgermeister & Betriebswirt (HWK) from 1. Bayerische Fleischerschule Landshut (2001).
