Bill Benson is an experienced Senior Tooling Engineer currently at Phoenix Closures, Inc. since February 2020, where responsibilities include managing tooling projects from concept to production approval. Prior to this role, Bill served as a Tooling Engineer and Regional Tooling Manager at Freudenberg Household Products from August 2014 to February 2020, overseeing new and existing tooling across internal and regional levels while supporting R&D and manufacturing. Bill's earlier positions include Senior Tooling Engineer and Tooling Manager at Suncast Corporation, where project management encompassed plastic injection molds and product development, and various roles at Chicago Mold Engineering Co., Inc. and Majestic Mold, contributing to mold engineering and CNC programming. Bill holds an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering Related Technologies from the Technology and Manufacturing Association.
