Jason Pfohl has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jason started their career as a Project Engineer at Crown Cork & Seal in 1999 and remained in this role until 2015. During this time, they gained valuable experience in project management. In 2015, Jason joined Phoenix where they initially worked as a Tooling/Project Engineer until 2017. Jason then progressed to the role of Manager of Tooling and Engineering, where they oversaw various tooling and engineering projects until 2022. From 2022 to 2023, they served as the Director of Tool Engineering before taking on their current position as the Director of Product Development and Innovation. Jason's work experience reflects their expertise in tooling, engineering, project management, and innovation.
Jason Pfohl earned a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Technology from Northern Illinois University, completing their education from 1991 to 1997.
