Rick Palandri

Rick Palandri is an experienced professional specializing in sustainability and innovation, currently serving as the Manager of Sustainability & Innovation at PHOENIX since August 2021. Previously, Rick held various roles at Berry Global, Inc. from May 2017 to July 2021 as a Design and Project Development Engineer and at Blistex Inc. from June 2011 to May 2017 as a Packaging Engineer. Additionally, Rick began a career in packaging engineering as an intern, developing testing procedures and writing product specification reports. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Mathematics from Elmhurst University (2010-2014) and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business (July 2022 - July 2024).
