Dᴇɴɴɪs Jay Cᴀɢᴀɴ

Dennis Jay Cagan, a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate governance and consulting, founded Caganco Incorporated in 1983 and has served as a director on numerous boards, including technology-focused companies. As Shadow CEO at Caganco since 1984, Dennis has played a vital role in consulting and leadership. Notable positions include Co-Founder and board member of Acorn Technologies, and board roles at PHY Wireless, Voz Media Inc., and Guardian Alliance Technologies, Inc. Since 2017, Dennis has also authored a book aimed at guiding those involved in private enterprises and aspiring board members. Currently engaged with Chief Executive Connections, Black Book Agency, and Fractionals United, Dennis continues to contribute to various organizations and initiatives, promoting strategic connections and leadership development. Dᴇɴɴɪs Jay attended UCLA, studying economics for three years.
