Syam Kumar is a skilled System Administrator with extensive experience across various roles beginning in 2014. Currently, Syam holds the position of System Administrator at Phykon since August 2020. Prior to this, Syam served as a Senior Associate in Administration at Navigant BPM (India) Pvt. Ltd. from March 2016 to July 2019, focusing on project automation and transportation management. Initial experience includes the role of Admin Associate, where responsibilities involved MIS analysis and managing transportation for over 1,500 employees. Earlier career as a System Administrator at RINGZ INFO SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED included tasks such as OS installation, mail client configuration, Active Directory management, and network monitoring. Syam holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from MG University, attained between 2013 and 2016, and possesses a Diploma in Computer Application from NCLL, completed in 2011.
