Benjamin Warr

Benjamin Warr is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in environmental finance, entrepreneurship, and academia. Currently serving as the UNEP FI Lead Finance for the Finance Agriculture and Resilience Management (FARM) Programme, Benjamin also co-founded PHYLA.earth, a social enterprise dedicated to developing sustainable landscapes. Previously, Benjamin held positions such as Regional Director at the Sustainable Development Goals Center for Africa and Founder of BetterWorld Energy, focusing on social and environmental investments. Academic contributions include roles at INSEAD and the University of Reading, along with research in ecological economics and soil science. Benjamin's educational background includes a PhD in Environmental Science and advanced studies in Geostatistics from prestigious institutions.
