I am the author of Unmothered: Life With a Mom Who Couldn't Love Me. My book takes readers on the roller-coaster journey of growing up with an alcoholic, narcissistic mother and offers hope and encouragement to those struggling with difficult family relationships. 

In overcoming my own traumatic childhood, I have become a mentor and advocate for the unmothered; an encourager to women who share similar experiences. Through my writing, blogging, speaking, and mentorship I have made it my life's mission to share truth, show compassion, and express love and comfort to the daughters of women who didn't know how to love them.
