Susan Stipa

Susan Stipa is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries, particularly in biotechnology and strategic marketing. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Phylloceuticals since April 2025, Susan is at the forefront of innovating therapeutic protein production using plant cells for cleaner and cost-effective medicine. Previously, Susan held multiple executive roles at CG Life, including Executive Vice President for Strategic Accounts and Public Relations. At McDay, a women-owned strategic marketing company, Susan served as President and focused on technical products and brands. Earlier in the career, Susan held senior positions at Foster Wheeler Biokinetics, Frontier Service Design, DeLageLanden, Brandywine Senior Care, and Mclaughlin and Morgan Technical Advertising Agency, contributing to business development, market expansion, and strategic initiatives. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia and is currently pursuing further education at Lehigh University.
