Shawn Cogan

Shawn Cogan is an experienced professional with a strong background in facilities management and environmental sustainability. Currently serving as the Director of Facilities and Environmental Sustainability at Phylos since August 2019, Shawn previously operated as the Owner and Sole Proprietor at Project Solutions NW, LLC from February 2017 to December 2020, specializing in construction management consulting. Additionally, Shawn contributed as a Capital Construction Project Manager/Consultant for Camas School District 117 from March 2017 to February 2019, and held the role of Facilities and Logistics Project/Department Coordinator at OHSU between April 2008 and December 2016.
