Usama Munir Sheikh

Usama Munir Sheikh has worked at Phyn since 2018, where they are currently a Senior Machine Learning Engineer. Prior to this role, they were a Machine Learning Engineer at Phyn, where they applied research data science and machine learning engineering to the Phyn smart water assistant. Before this, they were a Research Assistant at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 2015.

Usama Munir Sheikh began their education in 2010, when they earned a Bachelor in Science in Electrical Engineering from Lahore University of Management Sciences. Usama then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Electrical, Computer and Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, which they completed in 2018. While at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Usama also obtained a certification in Professional Leadership Skills in September 2017.
