Phynix Initiative helps individuals living with or recovering from a mental health condition achieve an optimal state of personal, social and emotional wellbeing. We also teach people how to assist others who are developing a mental health problem, experiencing a worsening of an existing mental health problem or in a mental health crisis, until appropriate professional help is received or the crisis resolves. We do this through in-person and online Mental Health Training and Coaching in First Aid, Resilience and Recovery.
