Marc Kleffmann

Marc Kleffmann has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Marc began their career as a Mechanical Engineering Student at TRACTO-TECHNIK GmbH & Co. KG in 2008, and was later promoted to Mechanical Engineer at the same company. In 2014, they were a Graduate Assistant at Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft and a Consultant at Hanseatic Consulting – Studentische Unternehmensberatung e. V. Marc then held the role of Trainee at UNITY in 2015, and Master Thesis Student at the same company. From 2016 to 2021, they were a General Manager, IWE, Administration General Manager, and Assistant Manager at ShibataFenderTeam. Most recently, they were a Supply Chain Lead at PHYSEE Technologies since 2021, and is currently a Geschäftsführer, Founding Partner at Roofpower GmbH since 2022.

Marc Kleffmann received their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering from Universität Siegen between 2008 and 2011. Marc then attended Hamburg University of Technology between 2013 and 2016, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Engineering/Industrial Management. During this time, they also studied Engineering/Industrial Management at Tongji University between 2014 and 2015. Finally, they completed an Internatianol Welding Engineer program at SLV NORD between 2017 and 2019.
