William Cotter

William Cotter has extensive experience in the insurance industry, with their most recent role being a Member of Vistage Worldwide, Inc. William previously served as President & CEO of Physicians Insurance and held various executive positions at Allied World, including EVP, Chief Underwriting Officer - Professional Liability, North America, EVP, Business Development, and EVP, Asia Pacific. Before that, they were the CEO of Hong Kong at Cigna International and held multiple positions at AIG, including Chief Operating Officer, AIG Small Business, Chief Underwriting Officer, National Union, and Regional VP, AIU Financial Lines SE Asia & Greater China.

William Cotter completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communications from Boston College from 1986 to 1990. William then pursued an MBA in International Business from Columbia Business School and London Business School, completing the program from 2001 to 2003. Prior to their higher education, they attended Belmont Hill School from 1980 to 1986.
