Physician’s Surrogacy, a proud member of the Reproductive Sciences Management Company (RSMCo) family, helps create families with an all-inclusive model, including the largest surrogacy program in North America. Our mission is to provide all necessary resources to help make the surrogacy process as streamlined as possible for both intended parents and surrogates. Our expert team has over 100+ combined years of first-hand experience working with families from all over the world. We have raised the bar, set higher standards, and are revolutionizing the industry through integrity and innovation.

Experience Makes the Difference!

Each surrogate is carefully screened; only 4% of applicants become active in our database.

A hysteroscopy is performed on every surrogate prior to acceptance to ensure she is physically fit for the journey. This offers intended parents peace of mind and reduces the likelihood of a failed medical screening.

Our in-house psychologist assesses each surrogate candidate through a series of tests to ensure she is psychologically fit for our program.

Our Obstetrician liaison is available to answer any medically related questions for surrogates or intended parents.

Our attorneys specialize in Third Party Reproduction and California surrogacy law to ensure your contracts are binding and issues are alleviated.
