Kunal Arora

Kunal Arora has a diverse range of work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Kunal has held various roles in different companies, starting with their current role as an Associate Manager of Talent Acquisition at PW (PhysicsWallah) since July 2023.

Prior to this, Kunal worked at BYJU'S from February 2022 to May 2023 as an Assistant Manager of Talent Acquisition, where they were responsible for end-to-end hiring processes, including screening, sourcing, interviewing, team handling, and stakeholder management.

Before joining BYJU'S, Kunal served as a Human Resources Executive at Square Yards from October 2020 to December 2021. In this position, they handled all recruiting activities, particularly in the real estate industry, including posting positions, pre-screening and interviewing candidates, and managing stakeholder relationships.

From September 2018 to September 2020, Kunal worked as a Talent Acquisition Executive at Spectrum Talent Management. Their responsibilities included handling all recruiting activities, both in IT and non-IT sectors, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Lastly, Kunal started their career as a Recruitment Specialist at Concepts Human Resources Private Ltd. from January 2018 to June 2018. During this time, they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment of middle to senior-level positions across India, with a focus on headhunting, client interaction, interview scheduling, and candidate management.

Kunal Arora earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Delhi University, completing their studies from 2014 to 2017.
