Rakesh Chand has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2015, they started their career as a Jr. Software Engineer at InTimetec vision soft pvt.ltd. Rakesh then worked as a Software Engineer at Uniserved - Growth. Crowdsourced. from April 2016 to May 2017. Rakesh later joined Obsessory as a Full Stack Engineer, where they converted their application from PHP to an Angular-based SPA and implemented Server-Side Rendering using Angular Universal.

In 2019, Rakesh joined November First ® as a Senior Software Engineer, where they were responsible for building the user experience and user interface of the international payment platform. Rakesh also worked on developing web components, backend for frontend services, and managed pipelines and web app services in Azure. Rakesh then transitioned into the role of Front End Supervisor, where they focused on building the UI-kit library of components and ensuring visual consistency with the company's design system.

In 2022, Rakesh became a Frontend Lead, Student Experience at Interview Kickstart. Rakesh designed and built multiple platforms, including a global calendar for student activities and an admin interface, an automated coaching platform, and the IKBase component library. Rakesh's work at Interview Kickstart aimed to improve the student experience and scalability of their platforms.

Currently, Rakesh is working as an Engineering Manager / Principal Architect - Internal Tools at PW (PhysicsWallah). Rakesh leads the internal tools and automation pod, focusing on creating innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and drive business continuity. Rakesh'srole involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging cutting-edge technologies to support customer-facing applications and improve workflow management.

Rakesh Chand obtained a Bachelor of Technology - BTech degree in Information Technology from Guru Ghasidas University, which they attended from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, in March 2019, they obtained a certification in Learning RxJS from LinkedIn.
