Tricia Carmichael

Tricia Carmichael is a Full Professor at the University of Windsor, focusing on flexible, stretchable, printable, and wearable electronics within the field of Materials Chemistry. Their research involves developing methods for selectively depositing metal films on polymers and elastomers, alongside innovations in intrinsically stretchable light-emitting devices. Tricia has held prestigious positions, including Postdoctoral Fellow at both Harvard University and MIT, and has served as a Research Staff Member at IBM's Thomas J. Watson Research Center. Currently, they are also the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for the Canadian Society for Chemistry and the Editor in Chief for the journal Flexible and Printed Electronics.
