Evgeniy Shapiro is an experienced Principal Delivery Engineer at PhysicsX since December 2025, with a strong background in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) management. Previously, Evgeniy served as Senior Product Manager for Fluids at Realis Simulation from November 2022 to December 2025, overseeing various CFD products including 1D WAVE and 3D CFD VECTIS. Prior to that, Evgeniy had a lengthy tenure at Ricardo, holding roles such as Senior Product Manager and Fluids Development Manager. At Cranfield University, Evgeniy was a Senior Lecturer and Course Director for the MSc in CFD, following a research career that began with a PhD in Applied Mathematics from UCL. Evgeniy also holds a PGCert in Teaching Learning and Assessment and degrees in Applied Mathematics and Physics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
