Peter Shannon

Peter Shannon is the Founder and Managing Director of Radius Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm established in 2019 that invests in deep tech, software, and AI systems aimed at revolutionizing the aerospace industry. Through this role, Peter focuses on aerospace value chains, end markets, and networks, targeting investments in software, design tools, AI, robotics, and advanced manufacturing. In addition to leading Radius Capital, Peter co-hosts The Vertical Space podcast, which highlights innovation within the aerospace sector. Peter also serves as an investor in multiple companies, including Swarmer, C-Infinity, Orqa FPV, PhysicsX, Danti, Machina Labs, Istari, and Manna Drone Delivery, each contributing to advancements in robotics, AI, and drone technologies. Peter holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.
