Niels Ostmeier, MD, is currently the Chief Medical Officer at Physikit, where they focus on creating a more inclusive and patient-centric healthcare system. With over five years of experience as an anesthesiologist at Universitätsklinikum Schleswig-Holstein, Niels developed standard operating procedures for robotic surgery and supervised intensive care units while contributing to multinational clinical trials. Niels also holds an international MBA from IE Business School, where they received multiple accolades including the Best Student Award runner-up. Previously, they served as an MBA Consultant at Microsoft, developing strategies for increasing market share in enterprise software.
