Director Customer Success And Strategy at Physna

Andrew Lloyd has a long and varied work experience, beginning with the Royal Air Force in 2003. In this role, they were responsible for developing concepts across multinational, principally European programmes of work to deliver cost-effective and interoperable forces. Andrew then moved to the RAF in 2005, taking on the roles of Deputy Commander Force Support Multi-National Division SE, Iraq, and Logistic Solution Development A400M. In 2009, they joined the UK Ministry of Defence as Strategic Performance, Finance and Risk, where they developed a strategic business agreement between the Ministry of Defence Equipment and Support Organisation and the Royal Air Force. In 2012, they moved to NATO C3 Agency, where they initiated and delivered a decision support and governance process, a data fusion process, and a plan for the delivery of doctrine on a rolling four-year cycle. In 2016, they joined the US Air Force Sustainment Centre (AFSC) as Deputy Director AF SC, leading for public-private partnership strategy development, policy, governance, strategic planning, enterprise performance management, and continuous improvement. Most recently, Andrew is the Director Customer Success and Strategy at Physna, beginning in 2021.

Andrew Lloyd has an extensive education history. Andrew obtained a BSC Hons, Logistic and Change Management from Lincoln University. Andrew then attended the Defence School of Acquisition and Support from 2004 to 2012, studying Defence Procurement, Project, Programme and Portfolio Management, and Advanced Risk Management. Andrew also attended the Defence Academy Shrivenham, UK, where they obtained a Leadership and Strategic Management Diploma Level 7. In 1987, they attended the RAF College Cranwell for Royal Air Force Officer and Logistics Specialist Training. From 2012 to 2013, they attended the University of Lincoln for Logistics Management, studying Logistics, Change Management, Leadership and Culture. Andrew then attended Coventry University from 2016 to 2017, obtaining a Maritime Security (Globalization and Multinational Cooperation) degree in Maritime Security. Andrew is also currently attending the US DoD Defense Acquisition University, studying Defense Acquisition. Andrew has also obtained additional certifications, including a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the Management and Strategy Institute in 2016, a MA Maritime Security, Globalization and Multinational Cooperation from Coventry University in 2015, and a BSC Hons, Logistic and Change Management from Lincoln University.
