Ling Toh

Ling Toh has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. They most recently served as the Director of Engineering at Physna starting from June 2023. Prior to that, Ling Toh worked at Heap as a Senior Engineering Manager from August 2022 to June 2023. Before that, they held multiple roles at Oracle, including Senior Manager of Software Development for OCI from October 2019 to August 2022, and Principal Member of Technical Staff for OCI from May 2019 to September 2019. Ling Toh also worked at Microsoft as a Senior Software Engineer from March 2017 to May 2019, and as a Software Engineer II from March 2014 to February 2017. They also had experience as a Senior Software Development Engineer at Hitachi Data Systems from August 2011 to March 2014, and as a Software Development Engineer at Amazon from March 2011 to August 2011.

Ling Toh obtained a PhD in Computer Science from Florida State University, which they pursued from 2004 to 2010. Prior to their doctoral studies, Ling Toh achieved a Masters degree in Computer and Information Science from the same university. Ling completed their Masters degree program from 1999 to 2002. Ling Toh's academic journey began with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management, which they pursued at Ottawa University from 1997 to 1999.
