Amitai Barnea

Amitai Barnea has worked in a variety of software engineering roles since 2002. Amitai began their career as a Software Developer at Elbit Systems Ltd, where they worked on developing C/RT Embedded software for airborne computers on Windows CE and VxWorks, as well as control and command applications for aircraft. Amitai then moved to the role of Senior Software Engineer, leading the development of Elbit TORCH, which was part of the Israeli Digital Army Program. In 2013, they became a Software Team Lead at CYBERBIT, managing the application team in an intelligence project for a government organization, and analyzing customer requirements, software architecture, and design. In 2016, they joined Spectory as a Software Developer, where they worked as a tech lead and Team Lead, leading projects from creation to production in medical, finance, and security domains. Most recently, in 2019, they became a Senior Software Engineer at Phytech - Plant-Based Farming.

Amitai Barnea received an Engineer's Degree in Computer Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2000 to 2004.
