Dorit Caspi is currently the Chief People Officer at Phytech, having previously served as the SVP of People & Culture at Redefine Meat and held various HR roles at notable organizations such as SodaStream International, Ltd. and Israel Discount Bank. Dorit began their career as the Social Activities Director for the non-profit organization Friendship’s Way, which supported at-risk Jewish and Arab children. They earned a Master's Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Tel Aviv University.
