אסף אלון has a varied work experience. אסף began their career in 2013 as a masterant at ARO, Volcani Center. In 2014, they worked at ISAE. In 2016, they became an Algorithm Developer at Phytech Ltd. Since 2017, they have been a PHD Candidate at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem's Robert H. Smith Faculty of Agriculture, Food and Environment.

אסף אלון received their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in medical devices from Lev Academic Center between 2007 and 2011. אסף then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Agricultural Engineering at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 2012 and 2015.
