Yehonatan Lev

Yehonatan Lev has worked in a variety of positions since 2013. Yehonatan began their career in the Israeli Air Force, where they served as a Project Manager, Project + Product Manager + Head of Training, and Operational Specialist. In 2020, they joined Phytech - Plant-Based Farming as Director of Business Operations and Sales Operations Manager. In their roles with the Israeli Air Force, they built and executed annual training programs, managed teams of officers and soldiers, and planned and executed large aviation exercises. In their current roles with Phytech, they are responsible for business and sales operations.

Yehonatan Lev has obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology & Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between 2010 and 2013. Yehonatan then went on to receive a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the same university between 2017 and 2018. In 2020, they obtained a Certified Product Manager (CPM) from Udemy and a PoMa (Course) from Jolt.io. Additionally, they completed a Product Manager course from Udemy Alumni in the same year.
