Yoav Yichie

Yoav Yichie, PhD, has a diverse background in agronomy and plant breeding, with significant experience in research and advisory roles. Currently serving on the Advisory Board at TieUp Farming since March 2022, Yoav also holds the position of Managing Director at Phytech and Startup Mentor at Kinneret Innovation Center, focusing on supporting Agro, Climate, and Water startups. Previously, Yoav was the Research and Agronomy Lead at FluroSat and gained valuable teaching experience as an Academic Casual at the University of Sydney, where a PhD was earned with a focus on enhancing rice productivity through genetic diversity. Additional roles include Agricultural Researcher at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Business Development Manager/Ag Consultant at Aerobotics.
